Shipping

All World Cup jersey orders are expected to arrive by the first week of June under normal circumstances. Please note that shipping timelines may vary depending on your location, courier service, customs processing, or other unforeseen delays. We do normal shipping; for expedited shipping, please contact us at our mail or call. Additional charges applied for expedited shipping.

Returns, Refunds 

All World Cup jersey purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been placed.

Exchange

We offer exchanges for size changes. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Once we receive the returned item, we will send the replacement jersey (if stock is available) at no additional charge. If there is no availability of the required size, we will refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 1 day of delivery. To process your request, you must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Please make sure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, or courier-related issues beyond our control.

All World Cup jerseys are pre-order items sourced internationally and are not held in ready stock. Due to their international origin, delivery times may occasionally be extended by one to ten days due to factors beyond our direct control, such as customs clearance, import tariffs, flight schedules, or carrier delays. While you can contact our team, we are unable to provide updates during any unexpected hold by carrier. Please note that we cannot process cancellations, issue refunds, or provide delay compensation for orders currently in transit to customer.
