1. Exchanges (World Cup Jersey Not Included)
We proudly offer a one-time free exchange for size or color on the same item or an item of equal value—at no additional cost to you.
•  If exchanging for a different item of higher value, you are responsible for the price difference.
•  To initiate an exchange, simply email us your request. We will promptly provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.
•  Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item in its original, unused condition.

2. Refunds (World Cup Jersey Not Included)
We strive to make refunds quick and hassle-free.
•  To request a refund, email us with your details—we will provide a return label as needed.
•  Once the returned item is received and verified, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
•  Processing time: Within 1–3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays).
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to post the refund to your account.

•  Items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
•  Final sale items, certain hygiene-related products, and items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for return or exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse or deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your peace of mind matters to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
•  Notify us within 2 days of delivery.
•  Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
Upon verification, we will gladly:
•  Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
•  Issue a full refund if a replacement is not available.
We may request the return of the original item before processing the replacement or refund

5. Bulk Orders: Returns & Refunds

To ensure we can offer high-quality teamwear at the most competitive prices, we have specific guidelines for bulk, team, and group purchases:

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item you can notify us within 2 days of delivery with evidence and we will send a replacement at no-additional cost.

• We recommend visiting our Size Guide carefully before placing an order.

• Once a bulk order has been fulfilled, refunds are not available. This applies to team kits, club uniforms, and large group purchases.

• We offer exchange for incorrect sizes on non-customized items, provided that the items are unused, unworn, and have all original tags and packaging.

• Items with custom names, numbers, or player branding are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
