RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Standard Orders & Sizing
- Custom & Teamwear Orders: Due to the custom and team-specific nature of Teamwear products, returns and refunds are not accepted under normal circumstances.
- Size Selection: Please carefully review the applicable size chart before placing your order. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
Exchanges for Standard Items
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered due to an error on our end, we will provide an exchange at no additional cost.
- Size Exchanges: If you ordered the correct product but need a different size, an exchange may be available. The customer is responsible for all return and replacement shipping costs.
- Customized Items: Customized products, including items with team logos, player names, or numbers, are not eligible for size exchanges or returns unless the product is defective or we made an error.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
- Report Within 24 Hours: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery and provide your order details and clear photos of the issue.
- Resolution: Once the issue is verified, we will replace the affected product at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue a full refund for the affected product as a final resolution.
